Hello, welcome to my low calorie cookbook!
My name is Liz and I have found a passion in creating recipes that are Low calorie (Calorie deficit) friendly. I am a certified health teacher and basketball coach. I have my bachelor’s in health and human performance and a masters in athletic administration. Being a full time mom, fiance and educator keeps me on the go, so I wanted to share recipes that are fast and convenient. I am also, still on my fitness journey and can't wait to show my progress in the near future,
Now let’s get to the fun stuff! I will be writing out three low calorie recipes. This will include one for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I will also be including the easiest way to find the total number of calories you should be eating in a calorie deficit and what apps you can use to count calories.
